Obituaries

COMMANDER ARTHUR C. FOSTER, 83, of Plant City, died Nov. 10. Born in St. Louis, MO, he moved to Florida 30 years ago from Hawaii upon retirement from the U.S. Coast Guard. Survivors include his sons and daughters-in-law, Nelson and Karen Foster, of Wake Forest, NC; David and Kat Foster, of Houston, TX; seven grandchildren and two greatgrandchildren. The family suggests memorials may be made to Hillel House, 1640 Rhode Island Ave., N.W., Washington, DC 20036. (Segal Funeral Home, Beth David Chapel)

OLGA FOX, 84, of Lutz, died Nov. 16. Survivors include her husband of 54 years, Murray; sons and daughters-in-law, Steven and Priscilla Fox, and Larry and Sandy Fox, all of Tampa; and four grandchildren. (Segal Funeral Home, Beth David Chapel)
